I was getting married in a couple of months and needed to sell my home as soon as possible to avoid making double mortgage payments after the wedding. We thought about waiting until after the New Year to put it on the market thinking that the holidays would be a difficult time to try and sell but Victoria convinced us to put it up for sale right away.
After getting the house ready to sell, Victoria counseled us on the best price point for the house so that we could attract attention. She scheduled a Brokers' Open house and immediately started drawing traffic. We drew the attention of an investor that wanted the house to use as a rental property. He sent us several low-ball offers that Victoria convinced us not to consider. She held firm on our price and eventually his offers started coming up. We eventually agreed on a price and the house sold within a month in what I had heard was one of the toughest markets in many years.
I feel that Victoria conducted herself in a very professional manner. She made sure that we understood the process and was always readily available when we had questions. I feel that overall she did an excellent job for us in the sale of my home and would highly recommend her to others.

Having moved to Florida from California, I found the real estate market and process very different. I had high expectations and specific requirements in looking for my new home here in Tampa. Add to that the roller-coaster of selling a house in California in at-the-time unpredictable market. During that process, my house in CA fell out of contract two times, we looked at a minimum of 25 houses (at my request), and the house I ultimately bought we went back to at least ten times.
Victoria was incredible, responded to all my concerns, demands and in the end … I could not be happier with the house I purchased, the price I paid for it and the wonderful experience of the entire transaction.
I have only Victoria to thank for the perfect end result. She truly worked professionally with my best interest as a priority throughout the entire six-month process. As a result of her diligent research, negotiation, and attention to all the details, once the offer was a signed contract, we closed within three weeks. In that time she again pulled through with all my California expectations in inspections, additional contract line items, etc.
Not only is Victoria Christy an outstanding real estate agent who paid attention to every detail expected from her “high maintenance” client, but through the process has become a new friend of mine. I truly believe I am in a home I never want to move from, but should I ever need to, I would definitely hire Victoria Christy again and highly recommend her to everyone.

We just wanted to take a moment to “Thank You” for all that you have done for our family. I have dealt with realtors’ before and professionals on a daily basis and I cannot tell you how exceptional you are! Never once during this process were you guiding our family to do something we didn’t want, need, or were interested in.
The very first thing you did was LISTEN... then prioritized our needs and recommended but never deter us from exploring communities and encouraged us to find the house we would call "our home". Through the entire process your first priority was to ensure that our needs were met, and you exceeded our expectations. The way that you took charge in the end, with communications between Jim on the repairs etc. was great and we did not get involved with any of it – and that’s the way it should be!
We really had fun, too... The many trips we ventured on never became dull or tiresome; the whole experience was thoughtful and exciting. As much as a new home purchase can be stressful, our experience has exceeded our expectations.

I wanted to take a few moments to recognize the truly exceptional service provided to me by your sales associate, Victoria Christy, with my recent transaction regarding the purchase of a townhome in Tampa. In my lifetime I have probably purchased twenty pieces of real estate, and I cannot recall one that was more effortless and, frankly, enjoyable than this one.
From the very beginning, Ms. Christy was extremely efficient and responsive. We initially identified her by email and provided her with a brief description of the kind of property we were hoping to find in the Tampa area. She responded immediately and provided with various properties over the next several days until we began to focus in on a couple of properties. I arranged to travel down from Princeton, NJ for two days, and Ms. Christy had organized a complete schedule of appointments with all the identified properties as well as a few others just to provide some "perspective". I really felt that, with her counsel, I was able to understand the Tampa market and become a much more informed purchaser.
The real value of her service, however, was displayed once we identified a specific property upon which we intended to make an offer. Victoria walked us through a purchase proposal and handled, with our consent, virtually all the negotiations with the sellers, and those negotiations were rather complicated. She was fair but firm throughout the whole negotiation process, and even the sellers had to respectfully admit that she was an excellent advocate. I would say that the definition of a successful real estate transaction is when both parties are very pleased with the deal, and Ms. Christy skillfully navigated this deal to that conclusion.
I would say that Ms. Christy made the entire Florida real estate experience genuinely enjoyable (maybe even fun). I would enthusiatically recommend her services to anyone looking for truly exceptional representation in the greater Tampa real estate market.
